One thing I would like to say about social marketing. If you decide to use facebook, twitter, blog, etc, watch what you say. Your posts meant for your friends will now be read be potential clients. If they see inapropriate language they may be turned off and not use you. You know the saying think before you talk, that applies to social media. It’s too easy to type and say something inappropriate cause it’s way easier to voice your opinion behind a keyboard.

Do you feel like you’re losing yourself in today’s social media. Do you feel like your voice is lost due to your lack of knowledge when it comes to the web. You’re not alone. There’s so many different options when it comes to social networking. I have decided to start a blog showing my developments with social networking and web design. TWITTER
I have to admit, I don’t tweet very often right now. It’s comes from a combination that our computer won’t go on twitter on our wifi network and that my iphone doesn’t work very well. I will be exploring twitter in more detail and hopefully will be getting a new iphone that I can use more efficiently.

Feb 9, 2012 – I’m going to try to set up my twitter and facebook account so they post when I blog. I’m trying the tutorial from Autopost to facebook and twitter. I’ll let you know how it goes.
So far, it seems harder than it should be. The application has been updated since the last tutorial so I had to wing it. That’s how I roll.

Feb 9, 2012 – I think I’ve figured out the link problem. When I add the link using the link insert button, I accidentally added extra info between the > and the < after the title. This showed up as I wanted on the page. Sometimes you just get lucky.
